La Mesa Successor Agency
AB1X26 established a Successor Agency Oversight Board to oversee the winding down of the former Redevelopment Agency. The agendas and minutes for the Oversight Board are available in the Archive Center.
The La Mesa Community Redevelopment Agency (LMCRA) was dissolved on February 1, 2012 by State Law (AB1X26). The most recent Implementation Plan of the former LMCRA may be found here.
State Law also requires the City of La Mesa Successor Agency of the LMCRA to post the Recognized Obligation Payment Schedule (ROPS) which are available below:

Actions by the Oversight Board to the Successor Agency to the La Mesa Community Redevelopment Agency relating to the transfer of ownership of real property assets are taken pursuant to California Health and Safety Code Sections 34181(c) and 34181(f). Oversight Board Adopted Resolutions
Housing Asset Fund Annual ReportPursuant to Senate Bill 341, the City of La Mesa in its capacity as Housing Successor Agency is required to conduct and provide to its governing body an independent financial audit of the Low and Moderate Income Housing Asset Fund. SB 341 also requires that the Housing Successor Agency post the specified information on its website.
