Capital Improvement Program Overview


The Capital Improvement Program (CIP) is an ongoing process, which attempts to match available funds with community plans and needs to maintain and improve facilities and infrastructure in La Mesa.

Project List


The CIP takes inventory of the City's existing infrastructure and facilities and then develops a prioritized project list consistent with community goals using condition assessments. The program is designed to achieve optimum use of taxpayer dollars and to make sound budgetary decisions.
  1. Public Hearing on Proposed Trash Rate Increases

    A public hearing will be held on Tuesday, June 27, 2017 at 7:00 PM in the Council Chambers at La Mesa City Hall to consider proposed rate increases for residential and commercial trash collection. Meeting Notice
  2. Notice of Construction: SDG&E Pipeline Safety Enhancement Project on Baltimore, University and Date
