8. CONSIDERATION OF THE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT (CDBG) PROGRAM FOR FISCAL YEAR 2017-2018


Staff recommends the Council authorize staff to develop the Fiscal Year 2017-2018 CDBG Annual Plan, and direct staff to return on April 25, 2017, or at such time as funding levels have been announced, for final review and approval of the Fiscal Year 2017-2018 Annual Plan for U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) funded activities.
